Parish Registration

We are an ethnic and personal parish, which means that the members of our parish are those who are formally registered. The registration forms can be obtained from our website, at the Parish Office or Sacristy.

After filling it out, please throw it in the offering basket; leave with the priest or at the office or simply mail to olqueenofpolandsc@archtoronto.org
