Cardinal Collins' Offers Prayers for the Parishioners of Our Lady of Lebanon

On the weekend of August 29-30, a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary was desecrated outside of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Parish in Toronto.

Today, Cardinal Thomas Collins, Archbishop of Toronto, offered his daily Mass and his prayers following it to the people of Our Lady of Lebanon Parish and all those who are suffering in the country of Lebanon after the tragic explosion that happened there last month.

The Archdiocese of Toronto continues to collect funds for the Lebanon relief effort. Donations will be sent to the Catholic Near East Welfare Association, a papal agency with a strong presence in the area. If you are able, please donate to the relief effort here.
